    You can book a class by calling us or emailing us with your preferred day and time. Please note that the availability of slots depends on the day. Existing clients should communicate via phone or text messages.

    Payments are required to be made 7 days before the session starts.

  3. What payment methods are accepted for the training course?
    We accept cheque payments only from registered companies in the UK 15 days in advance.

  4. Are there any specific time slots for Diploma Students?
    Diploma students can choose any time between Monday to Friday from 10 am to 8 pm. Weekends are limited to 3 to 4 hours due to high demand.

  5. What are the working hours for London Design Training Course?
    We are open from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Weekends can be arranged between 9 am to 7 pm based on availability.

  6. Is there any discount available on Saturdays?
    No, there are no discounts offered on Saturdays.

  7. What happens if the training fees are not paid on time?
    Training classes will be paused if payment is not made on time as per the invoice dates.

  8. What is the cancellation policy for the training?
    Please note that we cannot offer refunds or transfers for any training canceled on the day or within 48 hours. We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling a training session.

  9. What happens if a class is canceled or moved by London Design Training Course?
    In case of cancellation or rescheduling due to accidents, train or tube delays, or health issues, we will not cut your hours and will rearrange the session as soon as possible.

    You can make payments through Bank Transfer, Invoice, Pay by Card, Stripe, Registered Suppliers, or PayPal (PayPal fee will apply).
