How do I book a course or private tutor session?
You can book online through our course pages, by calling 020 7720 2581 or by emailing info@londondesigntrainingcourse.co.uk with your preferred days and times. Availability depends on the day, so please reply promptly to secure your booking. Existing clients can also contact us by phone or text message.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Weekend sessions can be arranged between 9am and 7pm, subject to availability.
Are there specific time slots for diploma students?
Diploma students can choose any time between Monday and Friday, 10am to 8pm. Weekend sessions are limited to 3 to 4 hours due to high demand.
Can I train in person or online?
Yes. Training is available at our London training centre in Kennington Business Park or live online, with the same personalised 1-to-1 approach.
When do I need to pay for my training?
Payment is required at least 7 days before your first session.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, invoice, card payments, Stripe, registered suppliers and PayPal (a PayPal fee applies). Cheque payments are only accepted from registered UK companies, at least 15 days in advance.
Are instalment or funding options available?
Yes. We offer instalment packages, and funding may be available through Job Centre Plus and the DWP. Please contact us for more information.
Do your prices include VAT?
All courses booked through London Design Training Courses are charged at 0% VAT. If you need a VAT invoice for your booking, please contact us and we will arrange it through our sister company, Real Animation Works Ltd.
Do you offer discounts on Saturdays?
No, Saturday sessions are charged at the standard rate.
What happens if my fees are not paid on time?
Training will be paused if payment is not received by the dates shown on your invoice, and will resume once payment has been made.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
As all of our courses are delivered 1-to-1 and dates are booked in advance, we are unable to offer refunds. We require at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
What happens if LDTC cancels or moves a session?
If a session has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to accidents, travel delays or illness, your hours will not be reduced and we will rearrange the session as soon as possible.
Can my training be cancelled without a refund?
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our tutors and staff. Misbehaviour may result in your training being cancelled without a refund.
How do you protect my personal information?
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with any third party, company or individual unless required by law. We handle your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What information do you collect and why?
We collect details such as your name, email address, phone number and booking information so we can manage your bookings, deliver your training, issue certificates and respond to your enquiries. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.
How long do you keep my information?
We only keep your personal information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, support you after your training and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Can I access, update or delete my data?
Yes. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@londondesigntrainingcourse.co.uk.
Will you send me marketing emails?
We will only send you newsletters, tutorials and offers if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
